Local Government Denmark (KL) wanted an evaluation of which existing and emerging technologies were relevant for municipalities in Denmark to aid decision makers in prioritising their investments in new, digital initiatives.
To make the evaluation more relevant local government was divided into six areas, including health & human services, infrastructure & technical services, daycare & schools, and citizen services. A separate technology radar was developed for each of these.
