Mark Thomasson is a former Partner at Deloitte Consulting / Deloitte Digital in Copenhagen and digital advisor for strategic customers at Microsoft. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience of working with and advising clients in the interface between technology and business.

Mark works with clients on digital strategy, customer/citizen experience, analytics and on assessing the business and financial implications of increasing the use of data and technology. This includes identifying novel and innovative ways of exploiting the business and efficiency opportunities provided by data and technology.

Mark has broad experience of driving innovation processes, determining user needs, developing business cases and of redesigning processes.

Mark’s most recent assignments focus on developing citizen-centric digital strategies and solutions for the Danish public sector. He has previously led strategically important Oracle ERP implementation projects; and developed new and innovative business models and processes for clients within both the private, financial and public sectors.

Mark has a Masters’ degree in Intercultural Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and communicates fluently in English (orally and in writing).
